1. Service Description

MoveIn Panama (hereinafter "the Portal") is a digital real estate listings platform available at https://moveinpanama.com. The Portal lets users view, search, and inquire about real estate properties available for sale, rent, and pre-construction purchase in the Republic of Panama.

2. Relationship Between MoveIn Panama and Boseman Realty Inc.

MoveIn Panama is a real estate marketing technology portal. Real estate brokerage operations, including but not limited to property sales, lease agreements, representation of buyers and sellers, and any activity regulated by the real estate laws of the Republic of Panama, are carried out exclusively by:

MoveIn Panama does not hold or claim its own real estate license. Its role is limited to publishing listings and real estate digital marketing.

3. Limitation of Liability

The information published on the Portal is provided by advertisers (agents, owners, and developers), and MoveIn Panama does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the data. The Portal is not responsible for:

• Price or sale/rental condition variations
• Incorrect information provided by advertisers
• Transactions carried out directly between users and advertisers
• Damages arising from the use of information on the Portal

4. Acceptable Use

By using the Portal, the user agrees not to:

• Post false or misleading information about properties
• Use the Portal for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Reproduce or distribute the content without written authorization
• Attempt to access restricted sections of the system

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Portal — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is the property of MoveIn Panama or its respective owners. Reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.

6. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Panama City.

8. Modifications

MoveIn Panama reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Portal. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
